All of our home assessors are experienced in the mobility and disability sector. During the visit, they’ll take the time to understand your needs, preferences, and ideas. They’ll then offer expert guidance on the best way to use your space and recommend suitable solutions tailored to you.
After your visit, we’ll create a detailed CAD design so you can clearly visualise your new bathroom.
You’ll also receive a full quotation along with a breakdown of all products and services included. This will be sent to you both by email and post, giving you complete clarity and time to review everything.
Once you decide to proceed, we’ll send you an order confirmation form.
This will outline the payment terms and allow us to secure your order. Once confirmed, and a deposit is paid we’ll begin scheduling your installation dates.
Lead times depend on the type of project.
For most installations, this is typically 5 to 7 weeks from order confirmation.
If your project includes bespoke or made-to-order items, such as specialist baths, manufacturing can take up to 12 weeks but can be less.
To minimise disruption, materials are usually delivered on the first day, or shortly after, of installation.
Your installer will take care of receiving and managing deliveries. If anything differs from this plan, we’ll always inform you in advance.

Water may need to be turned off at certain points during the installation.
In most cases, this will only be for short periods, typically no more than an hour. We’ll always notify you beforehand so you can plan accordingly.
