Do you qualify for VAT relief on an accessible bathroom?

You may qualify for 0% VAT if you’re disabled or living with a long-term or chronic health condition and the bathroom adaptations are needed because of your condition.

You do not need to be registered disabled or receiving disability benefits. Qualifying conditions can include physical or mental impairments that substantially affect everyday activities, as well as chronic illnesses such as diabetes.
